No. All loc extensions are custom-made to order. This ensures each set is created to your selected specifications, including color, length, and thickness. 

Processing time varies depending on the style, color, and level of customization.

No. Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. Returns, exchanges, and refunds are not accepted.

A consultation is strongly recommended to ensure clarity on color, length, thickness, and expectations. However, it is not required. Purchasing without a consultation indicates acceptance of all customization outcomes.

All products sold by HouseOfRenier are custom-made to order. Due to the personalized nature of these items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances.

Color & Handmade Variations

Our loc extensions are handcrafted and, in some cases, hand-picked. As a result, slight variations in color, texture, or finish may occur. These variations are inherent to handmade products and are not considered defects.

Orders returned due to address errors may require additional shipping fees to be resent.
